As an Inbound SDR at SalesRabbit, you will be responsible for qualifying potential clients and working with a team to convert leads into SalesRabbit customers. You will work directly with our Account Executives to build and manage a pipeline of companies while helping build SalesRabbit’s sales process. We are looking for sales professionals in the Utah Valley and Salt Lake City, UT area to be key contributors on our stellar team in a competitive and fun tech-environment.

To be a good fit for this particular role, you should be/have:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in sales or other B2B or B2C relationship-based roles, especially in outbound-focused sales
  • Ambitious, a self-starter, and have a competitive drive to hit and exceed targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as being comfortable talking to new people, especially on the phone
  • Comfortable navigating multiple softwares and systems while helping customers
  • The ability to balance and coordinate time effectively - you’ll be building relationships with multiple potential customers simultaneously
  • An excitement to experiment, try new things, and be creative
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, competitive (and fun!) work environment
  • Passion for sales, creativity, and a high ceiling for growth and development
  • Grit, gratitude, curiosity, and are coachable (we want to help you succeed!)
