Job Summary - Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer, you are a self-motivated team player above all else. You thrive on the team's success, from bringing on new clients to seeing current clients grow by utilizing the PureCars Tech Stack. You spend your leisure time staying on the forefront of digital disruption in the auto industry, looking for the next disruptive technology, marketing channel, report, strategy, etc., that will take the industry by storm and drive it to greener pastures.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide sales support to a team of Sales Executives
    • Provide Technical Audits For Prospective Customers
    • Create/Contribute to tailored demo decks for Prospective Customers
    • Work with Sales Executives to achieve monthly goals
  • Take lead in handing new clients off to Customer Experience Org.
    • Host Debrief Calls
    • Take Lead Sales Hand Off To CE
    • Host/Contribute to Kick-Off Call
  • Work With Product Market Team’s in providing client feedback on product use
    • Provide feedback on current customers to help improve product use
    • Provide feedback from prospective customers on how to improve the product.
  • Support/ Take The Wheel on PureCars Sales Initiative
    • Utilizing relationships with both CE and Sales tackle sales initiative sprints

  • 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience
