Job Summary - Subject Matter Expert (Remote - CST preferred)

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert to undertake back end account management responsibilities and work closely with our Account Director team to draft content for your book of business. Your duties will involve communicating with your account director around what is needed within your book of business and executing on campaign creation.

An effective Account director has great aptitude in building and maintaining customer relationships. They also possess excellent planning and leadership abilities to coordinate and advise subject matter experts.

The goal is to ensure the company’s retention of clientele and facilitate further growth.

Salary: $48,000

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan campaigns and outreach to dealership customers
  • Maintain close relationships with your Account Director
  • Execute on goals and objectives for all accounts to meet goals and maintain account retention within your book of business
  • Assist Account Director in pulling month end reports where needed
  • Communicate with customers around email and SMS approvals
  • Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions
  • Come up with creative ideas for customer communication
  • Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients
  • Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
  • Escalate customer concerns to appropriate internal personnel
  • Drive product road map by flagging customer and internal requests


The Skills and Experience You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a subject matter expert or similar role
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and/or relevant software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Salary Range: Up to $48K depending on experience.
